Customer Support Representative (Ref 2012/022)

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Supporting merchants and customers to integrate/ use the Syspay payment products
  • Track and improve merchants performance through upsellings, technical improvements and regular communication and reviews
  • Responding to customer and merchants’ request and queries regarding operational and other issues
  • Ability to participate in the setup of high quality Customer Support standards

Requirements:

  • EXCELLENT command of both FRENCH and ENGLISH languages
  • Out of the box thinking and willingness to learn
  • Can-do approach and Problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Sales and customer service oriented with good experience in Customer Service or Sales/Account Management role
  • High motivation and strong commitment
  • Ability to work under pressure in a young and dynamic environment
  • Previous experience as call center/ help desk/ customer support representatives will be considered as an Asset
